摘要
目的探讨在直钛镍丝扩弓中,采用锡球与拉钩相结扎的方法避免扩弓分力引起前牙唇向移动的效应。方法选择直钛镍丝扩弓的32例非拔牙矫治患者,分别测量扩弓前后牙弓宽度变化及牙槽座点位置变化.通过分析牙弓宽度改变量,评价直钛镍丝的扩弓效果;分析牙槽基骨突度改变量,评价锡球与拉钩结扎方法的临床效果。结果扩弓前后牙弓宽度变化,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);牙槽座点位置变化,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论锡球与拉钩相结扎的方法,可有效避免直钛镍丝扩弓分力导致的前牙唇向移动。
Objective With straight Ni- Ti arch wire expansion, wire ligatures can be used to connect the solder bails with the draw hood. The aim of present paper is to investigate the clinical effects of this method in eliminating the side effects of anterior teeth's movement towards the lip side caused by component force in arch expansion. Methods 32 non - extraction cases treated by arch expansion with straight Ni - Ti wire was selected and upper and lower arch width and the position in A- point and B- point before and after the arch expansion were measured respectively. After the analysis of the arch width change, the clinical effects of arch expansion with straight Ni- Ti wire were evaluated. After the analysis of the alveolar convexity change, the clinical effects of this method in eliminating the side effects of component force in arch expansion were evaluated. Results After the arch expansion, there was a significant change in both upper and lower arch width (P〈0. 01), while the change in the position of A- point and B- point was not significant (P〈0. 05). Conclusion Through the method of connecting the solder ball with the draw hood, the side effects of anterior teeth's movement towards the lip side can be eliminated effectively.
