我国民生型政府构建的阻力因素及其克服

在我国社会转型时期,民生型政府的构建是政府坚持以人为本、着力改善民生、追求社会公平正义的重要体现。但是民生型政府的构建是一项系统、复杂的社会工程,构建中的阻力因素不容忽视,需在坚持一定原则的基础上,通过强化政府官员民生观念、优化政府组织机构、转变政府职能、完善相关民生制度、建立科学的考评机制以及加强社会监督等措施有步骤、有计划地推进。

In the reforming time of our country society,the establishment of the people＇s livelihood-oriented government is the important manifestation of insisting humanist,the improvment of people＇s livelihood and the pursuit of social justice and fair.However,the establishment of the people＇s livelihood-oriented government is a systematical and complex social engineering,the resistance factors can＇t neglect in the process.In the foundation of insisting certain principle,it should be advanced in an orderly way through strengthening government official＇s ideas of people＇s livelihood,improving official organizations,transforming government function,perfecting systems of people＇s livelihood,establishing scientific examination mechanism and strengthening the supervision of society.
