摘要
群体公民行为是工作群体作为整体所表现出来的,有利于促进整个组织总体目标实现的一种角色外行为。培养组织中的群体公民行为,非常有助于企业组织,尤其是实行团队模式管理的企业,提升组织绩效和改善员工的行为与态度。本文对以往研究进行了分析和总结,对未来研究方向做出了预测,并在其影响因素的研究成果基础上提出了一些初步的开发策略。
Group citizen behavior (GCB) is conceptualized as a group of Extra-role behaviors,which is useful to improve organization performance and performed by group team as a whole.Besides improving organization performance,GCB could improve the attitudes and behaviors of employees.Especially in the enterprise which organized by work teams,it is more useful.This article introduced domestic and foreign researches about GCB.Moreover,this article discussed the research direction of GCB and indicated many ways to improve GCB based on the researches of antecedents of GCB.
