An introduction was made on the basic contents and targets of international contract project construction management. Based on summarization of practice experience, the author probed into the problems frequently seen during implementation of international contract in respects of quality control, progress control, cost control and claim for compensation etc., and discussed how to manage well the project construction in a foreign country with unacquainted culture and language, different natural and social environment.
