摘要
介绍了百色水利枢纽工程的前期工作历程和建管合一取得的综合效益。百色水利枢纽经10年建设,已于2006年基本建成并投入使用,在3年多的运行中,汛期发生了6次洪水,通过科学合理调度,削减洪峰,确保了右江下游城镇和南宁市的防洪安全;枯水期向下游河道共补水61.3亿m3,使右江的水量、水质和航运得到了保证。
An introduction was mede on the preparation work history of Baise Multipurpose Dam Project and the comprehensive benefits of combining construction with management. After 10 years of construction, Boise Multipurpose Dam Project was completed and put into operation in 2006. During the operation period of more than 3 years, 6 times of floods occurred in the flood period. By scientific and proper regulation, the project controlled the flood peak flow and safeguarded the downstream cities and towns, including Nanning City. The Project also supplemented water of 6.13×10^9m^3 into downstream river course, guarantee the water quantity, water quality and navigation of Youjiang River.
