翡翠八珍胶囊的缓解疲劳功能研究

Study on the Alleviating Fatigue Function of Feicui Bazhen Capsule

目的对翡翠八珍胶囊的缓解疲劳功能进行研究。方法按《保健食品检验与评价技术规范》中的缓解疲劳功能检验方法进行实验,检测小鼠负重游泳时间、肝糖原、血尿素氮和血乳酸等指标。结果翡翠八珍胶囊能明显延长小鼠负重游泳时间,增加肝糖原储备量,降低运动后血尿素氮含量和血乳酸曲线下面积。结论翡翠八珍胶囊具有缓解疲劳的功能。

Objective To study the alleviating fatigue function of Feicui Bazhen capsule in mice. Methods According to the methods of ＂Technical standards for testing ＆ assessment of health food＂, the indexes of alleviating fatigue function such as the swimming time, hepatic glycogen, blood urea nitrogen （ BUN ） and lactic acid, were assayed. Results Compared with control group, Feicui Bazhen capsule could significantly prolong the swimming time, increase the reserves of hepatic glycogen, and decrease the content of BUN and the area under curve of lactic acid after exercise. Conclusion Feicui Bazhen capsule has the function of alleviating fatigue.
