高效液相色谱法测定姜连止泻片中盐酸小檗碱的含量

Determination of Berberine Hydrochloride in Jianglianzhixie Tablets by HPLC

目的建立姜连止泻片中盐酸小檗碱的高效液相色谱(HPLC)含量测定方法。方法采用HPLC法,色谱柱:WatersSymmetry ShieldTMRP18柱(150 mm×3.9 mm,5μm),流动相:乙腈-0.05mol.L-1磷酸二氢钾溶液(用磷酸调节pH值至2.0)(22∶78),检测波长:270 nm,流速:1.0 ml.min-1,柱温:30℃。结果盐酸小檗碱在0.12～0.59μg范围内呈现良好的线性关系(r=0.999 7),加样回收率为98.30%,RSD为1.19%(n=6)。结论该方法快速、简便、准确、重复性较好,结果可靠,可用于控制姜连止泻片制剂的质量。

Objective To establish an accurate method for the determination of berberine hydrochloride in Jianglianzhixie Tablets. Methods Waters Symmetry ShieldTM RP18 column （ 150mm×3.9mm,5μm） in an oven at 30℃ was need,with a mobile phase consisting of acetonitrile - 0.05 mol ~ L - ~ potassium dihydrogen phosphate （ phosphate regulation pH value to 2.0） （22 ： 78 ） and a UV detector at 270 nm, the flow rate was 1.0 ml·min^-1. Results The linear range of berberine hydrochloride was within 0.12-0.59μg. The average recovery was 98.30% and RSD was 1.19% （ n = 6）. Conclusion The method is simple and accurate, and can be used for the quality control of Jianglianzhixie tablets.
