摘要
目的提高盾叶薯蓣药材的品质。方法通过组织培养,对诱导获得的盾叶薯蓣四倍体株系,进行了试管苗抗氧化酶活性及薯蓣皂苷元含量分析。结果大部分四倍体株系APX活性、SOD和POD比活力高于或相近于二倍体株系。经诱导获得的四倍体株系试管苗与对照相比薯蓣皂苷元含量有较大差异,大部分四倍体株系薯蓣皂苷元含量都超过了二倍体株系。结论经诱导获得的四倍体株系在抗氧化酶活性及有效成分含量方面与二倍体表现出明显差异,说明多倍体诱导可以作为盾叶薯蓣优良品种选育的途径。
Objective To improve the yield and quality of D. zingibiernsis C. H. Wright . Methods The research project of polyploidy breeding by tissue culture was done. The antioxidant enzyme activities and the diosgenm were analyzed in polyploidy lines. Results The results showed that SOD and POD activities in most of antotetraploid lines were not lower than those of diploid line, furthermore,the content of diosgenin in most induced plantlets was higher than that in control. Conclusion There was difference between autotetraploid and control lines in diosgenin content and antioxidant enzyme activities, therefore,inducing autotetraploid can be effective way to breeding the superior varieties.
