On Building a Socialist Harmonious System of Moral Education

构建社会主义和谐德育体系,实施社会主义和谐德育工程建设,是我国社会主义和谐社会建设的内在要求,也是构建社会主义和谐社会的必要条件。社会主义和谐德育建设工程,涵括非道德秩序建设工程、"三个文明"发展建设工程、公民全面素质建设工程、青少年思想道德建设工程等主要实施内容。社会主义和谐德育建设工程的实施,必须坚持以社会主义核心价值体系为导向,找准工作的切入点,抓住工作的着力点,夯实工作的立足点,把握工作的落脚点,努力形成全社会、全方位、全过程、全要素整体育人的格局,推动社会主义和谐德育建设全面、协调、可持续发展。

Building a harmonious socialist morality system and implementing a harmonious socialist morality construction project are internal requirements for the construction of the harmonious society in China and they are also the necessary condition for building a socialist harmonious society. Harmonious socialist morality construction project covers a series of major implemented items, such as the constructions of non-morality order, the ＂Three Civilizations＂ development, the socialist civilians＇ overall quality of and adolescents＇ ideology.
