巴马香猪CYP2D25 mRNA水平的TaqMan分析 被引量:4

ANALYSIS OF CYP2D25 mRNA LEVELS OF BAMA MINIATURE PIG BY TaqMan METHOD

摘要 为探索巴马香猪CYP2D25 mRNA的组织分布特征及其水平与人CYP2D6的相似性,本研究应用TaqMan法对巴马香猪主要组织CYP2D25 mRNA进行了定量。结果表明,该酶主要分布于肝脏,与报道的人CYP2D6相似,但其水平却高于人CYP2D6,从转录水平提示巴马香猪用于人CYP2D6介导的药物代谢动物模型研究存在一定的局限性。 In order to investigate the comparability of tissue distribution characteristics and expression level between Bama miniature pig's CYP2D25 and human CYP2D6, this paper detected the level of CYP2D25 mRNA in main tissues of Bama miniature pigs by TaqMan method. The results indicated that the level of CYP2D25 mRNA in liver was highest. The results were similar to the report of human CYP2D6, but the level of CYP2D25 mRNA in the liver of Bama miniature pig was higher than the level of CYP2D6 in human liver. It was suggested that using Bama miniature pig in drug metabolism animal model had some shortage.
