摘要
青银高速公路济南黄河大桥跨大堤桥为主跨140 m的预应力混凝土连续梁桥,为保证桥梁成桥线形和应力与设计一致,施工中采用了施工控制。文章分析了施工过程中主要工艺参数的控制技术:用自适应控制方法控制施工预拱度;通过实测信息,调整和修正有限元计算参数;借助应变测量,分析了实际结构的真实应力。使桥梁的施工质量处于受控状态,取得了理想的效果。
Jinan Yellow River Bridge of Qing-yin freeway is a press tress concrete continuous frame bridge; its main span is 140 m. In order to ensure the bridge linearly and force are accord with design, the process of construction has to be monitored. This paper analyzes some control techniques of main technology parameters during construction of the bridge. Construction cambers are controlled by adaptive control method, through the information of measurement, parameters in calculation of finite element are adjusted and modified, by means of strain gauging, the true stress of the actual structure is known to ensure the construction quality of bridge under control, and the result is ideal.
