摘要
目的:明确生活习惯导致末梢神经传导机能的影响。方法:延边朝鲜族健康人及韩国留学生为对象,检测正中、尺、腓、胫神经的复合肌肉动作电位(compound muscle action potential,CMAP,或M波)和迟延电位F波(F-Waves F-w),研究生活习惯与各神经传导参数之间的关系。结果:腓神经CMAP的波幅低下、远端潜伏期延长、F-w最短潜伏期延长,正中、尺、胫神经无著变。结论:延边朝鲜族健康人与韩国留学生的盘腿坐、屈膝坐等生活习惯导致潜在性腓神经损伤。
Objective: To make clear that living habits probably initiate the damages on peroneal nerve conduction function. Methods: Korean students and Yanbian Korean nationality healthy subjects being as studying target, compound muscle action poten- tial (CMAP) and F- waves (F -w) of median, ulnar, peronea] and tibial nerves are inspected, to seek the connections between liv- ing habits and nerve conductions. Results: CMAP of peroneal nerve have low amplitude and prolonged distial latency, but tibial nerves have no such clear varies. Conclusion: The traditional sitting style of Korean subjects and Yanbian Korean Nationality sub- jects, sitting on the knee bent on floor, would injure the branch of the peroueal nerve.
