Culture for the Development of the University,the Individual and Society

The sublimation of educational ideologies gives rise to a flourish of educational culture while the mission of educational ideologies depends on the crystallization of educational culture. From a ration- alistic and developmental point of view, this paper attempts to discuss the functions that culture serves in developing the university, the individual and society. It concludes that the development of the university through culture is the supreme strategy of scientific development while using culture for individual devel- opment is key to social development through culture. Educating the individual through culture ushers in the development of the university through culture. A system of core values is constructed through the im- plementation of the strategy of developing the university through culture, and the externalization of educa- tional culture is released with social development through culture.
