摘要
迫于人口压力,我国采取人口控制政策。但这影响了传统的生存保障模式,对公民生活保障产生巨大负面影响。国家在实行人口控制的同时应当构建相应的社会保障制度,做到人口控制与社会保障的协调进行。
Under the pressure of huge population, China began to adopt the population birth control policy. But this policy has influenced the traditional mode of survival securiy, and has exerted a negative impact on citizen＇s life. There-fore, it is advised that, besides the birth control policy, the state should establish relative social security system for citizens, so as so realized the harmony between birth control and social security.
