Misdiagnosis of primary colorectal cancer caused by perforation in the basic hospital

目的对大肠癌合并穿孔在术前误诊的患者做回顾性分析，总结未能做出早期诊断的原因，方法对笔者所在医院自2003年至今收治的13例大肠癌合并穿孔在术前误诊的患者进行回顾性分析、总结，并对误诊后的影响进行总结。结果结肠癌穿孔误诊给医患双方均产生了较大的影响，增加并发症产生的机会同时增加病死率。结论提高基层医院医生专业素质，规范结直肠肿瘤诊断、治疗流程，加强对急腹症的学习是减少大肠癌误诊的关键所在，

Objective Pairs of colorectal cancer complicated by perforation and misdiagnosis of patients before surgery were analyzed retrospectively to sum up the reasons for failure to make early diagnosis. Methods Since 2003 ,our hospital has admitted 13 cases of cotorectal cancer complicated by perforation and misdiagnosis of patients before surgery were retrospectively analyzed, summarized, and the impact of misdiagnosis after concluded. Results Perforation of colon cancer misdiagnosis to both doctors and patients had a greater impact, increasing the chance of complications while increasing the mortality rate produced. Conclusion To improve the professional quality of the grass - roots hospital doctors,standardized colorectal cancer diagnosis, treatment processes, to enhance the learning is to reduce the acute abdomen in colorectal cancer misdiagnosis key.
