中西医结合治疗老年人急性胰腺炎的临床研究

The clinical report of treating gerontic acute pancreatitis by Chinese and Western integrative Medicine

目的探计在山区基层医院对老年人急性胰腺炎的临床特征和合理的治疗方法。方法对44例老年人急性胰腺炙采用综合治疗体系，即常规传统治疗及生长抑素类药物加中药大黄加味煎剂胃管注入。结果44例患者中38例治愈（其中2例中转手术），5例好转，1例死于多器官功能衰竭。结论综合治疗体系对改善老年人急性胰腺炎的早期病情，控制并发症，降低急诊开腹率和病死率优于单纯传统治疗。

Objective To investigate the diagnostic features and reasonable treatment of gerontic acute pancreatitis in basic hospital. Methods Treating 40 cases of gerontic acute pancreatitis by combined treatment system, as conventional treatment and S. S.T. add Chinese traditonal medcine DAHUANG etc. decocta pour in stomach by nasogastric tube. Results Of 44 patients ,38 cases were cure（ including 2 surgical intervention） ,5 cases were improved, 1 ease die of MODS. Conclusion To improve the patient＇s early stage condition, control complication disease, reduce acute operation and fatality rate ,combined treatment system ismore advanced than usual traditonal treatments.
