摘要
自动门无刷电机遇阻检测技术。其原理是通过电机内的霍尔传感器将转子位置脉冲量反馈给主控器DSP(数字单片机)端口,对其进行数字记忆、定量分析,主控器DSP根据有无刷电机位置脉冲量判断电机是正常运行;还是遇阻停机;或是夹人反向运行的检测甄别电机运行状态。其优点是此方案结构简单、控制快捷而准确,硬件上省掉了检测电机过流用的全套电子电路、放大器与采样电阻等。不仅成本降低、耗能小,而且电机不发热,启停制动速度快捷、准确、可靠、平稳。开辟了无刷直流电机遇阻或堵转时用数字单片机DSP的软硬件控制技术的新途径,有良好的市场发展潜力。
The prlneiples of screening detection technique of automatic gate brushless electric machine is to feedback the rotor-position impulse value to the main DSP control port through the Hall sensor inside electric motor while applying digital storage and quanti- tative analysis. DSP controller judges that ff the motor is working properly, or stop by obstacles, or inversely moving based on whether there is relative impulse value. The advantage is that this subject is simple, easy to control, and save all suites of the eleetrle circuits, amplifiers and sampling resistances. It not only reduces the cost and consumption, but also reduces the heat production. It is fast to reboot, precious, stable and reliable, and creates a new way to fit the problem when the motor stunned by obstacles with the using of digital MCU DSP by combining the software and hardware together, so it has a great market prospective.
