干部作风建设是党风建设的主导和关键,干部学风建设是作风建设的基础和前提,是第一个重要的问题。干部学风建设的关键是要坚持理论联系实际,坚定对马克思主义的信仰,坚持实践标准,坚持以现实问题为中心,坚持推进理论创新。干部学风建设必须把握规律,注重把勤奋好学与学以致用结合起来,把克服形式主义与克服官僚主义结合起来,把改造主观世界与改造客观世界结合起来,把运用理论与创新工作结合起来。

The building of cadres＇ working style of CPC is the dominant and key part of the Party construction. And the building of the cadres＇ study of style is the foundation and prerequisite of the working style and is the most important one, and the key of which is to integrate theory with practice, hold a firm belief in Marxism, adhere to the standard of practice, consider practical problems as the central task, and push forward theoretical innovation. The building of cadres＇ style of study must be in accordance with the law, with the combination of dilligence with practical usages, of overcoming the formalism and bureaucracy, of the subjective world and objective world transformation as well as of theory adoption and work innovation.
