金融危机背景下外向型经济转型升级研究——以常州为例

Transformation and Upgrade of Extraversion Economy under Global Financial Crisis——A Case Study of Changzhou

金融危机背景下,国内外宏微观经济环境发生了重大变化,我国外向型经济发展经历了严峻挑战。江苏省常州市作为外向型经济发展较快地区,其外向型经济发展也正面临着增长动力机制的转换和更替、要素资源的优化配置以及宏观运行环境和微观运行基础重大变化。常州外向型经济必须进行优化结构调整的转型升级,重点发展先进装备制造、新能源、新材料等高新技术产业,赢得后金融危机时代的区域发展主动权,切实提升外向型经济的国际竞争力。

Under global financial crisis, great changes have taken place in macroscopical and microcosmic economic circumstances both at home and abroad, and the extraversion economy of China is undergoing great challenge. Changzhou, as the district whose extraversion economy developing rapidly, is confronting with new changes, such as the tranformation and substitution of impetus mechanism of economic growth, the optimum distribution of basic resource, the major changes of macro--economic operation environment and micro- economic operation foundation. It is therefore of great importance to quicken the transformation and upgrade of extraversion economy, focusing on the development of high-tech industry, that is, advanced equipment manufacturing, new energy and new materials and so on so as to win the active power of regional economic development of post global financial crisis so as to improve international competitive abilities of extraversion economy.
