我国高校技术转移中心的发展策略研究

技术转移中心是高校科技成果转化的有效途径,是高校服务社会的具体表现,是社会经济进步的要求。高校成立技术转移中心是构成国家自主创新体系的重要环节,可以从体制上、条件上支持成果转化。目前我国高校技术转移中心正处于发展的关键阶段,应该在加强基础建设、完善内部机制、增强持续创新服务能力、加强与地方经济发展的结合和服务等方面着手,有效整合学校科技资源,加快科技成果的转移和产业化,促进技术转移中心的高速发展。

The technology transfer center is an efficient way for scientific and technological achievement transformation in colleges and universities. And it is the embodiment of the university service for society as well as the requirement of social economic development. In colleges and universities, establishing technology trasfer center is an importiant link of national innovation system, which can surpportachievement transformation from system management and working conditions. At present, at a critical development stage of university technology transfer center, it is very important to conform science andtechnology resource effectively, speed up the transformation and industrialization of scientific and technological achievements and promote the rapid development of technology transfer center bystrengthening infrastructure construction, improving internal mechanism, enhancing sustainable innovation service ablity, reinforcing the cooperation and service with the provincial economicdevelopment.
