重庆市南岸区社区卫生服务机构的医疗设备设施运行状况和分析

Status and Analysis of Medical Equipment and Facilities Utilization in Community Health Services Organizations in Nan'an District,Chongqing

目的了解我区社区卫生服务机构医疗设备设施的运行现状及存在的问题,并提出建议。方法采用单纯随机抽样方法抽取辖区4家社区卫生服务中心,采用标准化问卷进行调查,由各调查对象自填,调查内容包括业务用房的面积,设备的配置、使用年限、运行情况等。结果社区卫生服务中心业务用房面积均超过了400m2的要求;《城市社区卫生服务中心设置指导标准》中要求的标准配置的诊疗设备、辅助检查设备、预防保健设备、健康教育及其他设备部分无配置,存在设备陈旧、超期服役情况严重、性能及使用效果较差等问题。社区卫生服务中心的其他现有设备也存在设备老化现象。结论社区卫生服务机构的基础设备设施有待加强和更新。

Objective To investigate the status and problems of medical equipment and facilities utilization in community health services organizations,and to put forth some suggestions.Methods Simple random sampling was taken in choosing 4 community health services organizations.The standard questionnaires were used among the investigated subjects about the areas of business rooms,configuration of equipment and facilities and their serviceable years and operation condition.Results The average business area of community health service center rooms was more than 400 m2 required.Some standard configurations of equipment and facilities required in ＂Guide Criteria for Installation of Equipment and Facilities in Urban Community Health Services Centers＂ including in diagnosis and treatment,accessory examination,prevention and health care,and health education had not been installed,and there existed problems of obsolete equipment,extended utilization,poor property and efficaciousness.And there also existed aging phenomena in other existing equipment in the community health service centers.Conclusion The basic equipment and facilities of community health services organizations need to be strengthened and updated.
