中国版头颈部癌生命质量测定量表测评全喉切除患者生活质量的研究

Quality of Life Measured by QLICP-HN Scale of Patients with Total Laryngectomy

目的对全喉切除患者生活质量现状进行横断面研究,并探讨影响其生活质量的主要因素。方法使用中国版头颈部癌生命质量测定量表(QLICP-HN量表)和一般人口社会学调查问卷对108例全喉切除患者进行问卷调查,并采用SPSS15.0统计软件进行数据分析。结果全喉切除患者生活质量标准化之后的得分为(56.34±7.40)分,影响全喉切除患者生活质量最重要的因素有经济状况、社会支持情况、家庭支持情况、年龄、教育背景和有无合并症。结论提高全喉患者的社会和家庭支持水平,加强社区护理,是提高全喉切除患者生活质量的关键。

Objective To analyze,by cross-sectional study,the quality of life who had been treated by total laryngectomy and to explore the influencing factor of the quality of life.Methods Totally 108 patients undergone total laryngectomy were investigated by the Chinese quality of life instrument for cancer patients-head and neck cancer（QLICP-HN）and general sociodemographic questionnaire,the statistical analysis was performed by using the SPSS version 15.0 for Windows.Results The standard score of total laryngectomy patients was（56.34±7.40）.The important factors influencing the overall quality of life were economic status,social support status,family support status,age,educational background and complication.Conclusion The key to improve total laryngectomy patients＇ quality of life is to increase social and family support and to enhance community care.
