中医特色糖尿病健康教育对社区2型糖尿病患者自我照顾行为的影响 被引量:39

Effect of Diabetes Health Education with Characteristic of Chinese Traditional Medicine on Self-Care Behaviors in Type 2 Diabetics

摘要 目的初步探讨中医特色糖尿病健康教育对2型糖尿病患者自我照顾行为的效果及患者自我照顾行为变化的影响因素。方法采用方便取样法,将社区2型糖尿病患者分为干预组和对照组,对干预组实施为期5个月的中医特色糖尿病健康教育,分别在干预前、后对两组患者进行糖尿病自我照顾行为调查。结果干预组干预后总自我照顾行为、血糖监测、足部护理以及高、低血糖的处理方面与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。影响患者自我照顾行为的变化的因素有:干预、年龄、人均收入水平、干预前自我照顾行为。结论中医特色糖尿病健康教育对患者长期的自我照顾行为有正性影响,是可行的健康教育方式。干预、年龄、人均收入水平、干预前自我照顾行为对患者自我照顾行为的变化有影响。 Objective To explore the effect of diabetes health education with characteristic of Chinese Traditional Medicine(TCM)on self-care behaviors in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus,and the influential factors to their behavior changes of self-care.Methods The patients were divided as trial group(n=34)and control group(n=35).The patients in the trial group received diabetes health education with characteristic of TCM for 5 months.The behaviors of patients in the two groups were surveyed before and after the intervention.Self-care was measured using the Diabetes Self-Care Scale(DSCS)intervention before and afte three months.Results After intervention,the abilities of patients in the trial group were enhanced in total self-care behaviors,blood glucose monitoring,foot care and prevention or management of hyperglycemia and hypoglycemia as compared with those in the control group(P0.01).The education,age,personal income and baseline self-care behaviors were the influential factor to self-care behaviors.Conclusion The diabetes health education with characteristic of TCM has positive impact on patient's self-care behaviors in the long term,it is a feasible health education model.The education,age,personal income and baseline self-care behaviors are of influence to self-care behaviors.
