摘要
目的探讨肾综合征出血热(HFRS)的临床特征及诊治方法。方法回顾性分析15例肾综合征出血热患者的临床资料,总结其临床特征及治疗方法。结果15例患者中14例早期误诊,经过治疗14例痊愈出院,1例好转。结论肾综合征出血热的临床表现多样,早期误诊率高,临床医生应提高对该病的认识。经过恰当积极的治疗,大部分患者预后良好。
Objective To discuss the diagnosis and treatment of hemorrhagic fever with renal syndromes（HFRS）.Methods The clinical data of 15 HFRS patients were analyzed retrospectively.Results Fourteen of 15 patients were misdiagnosed in early stage.After treatment,14 were cured and discharged,1 improved.Conclusion HFRS has a variety of clinical manifestations,early misdiagnosis rate remains high.Clinicians should raise awareness of HFRS.After the appropriate aggressive treatment,most patients have a good prognosis.
