沈阳太原社区卫生服务中心2006—2008年住院病种分析

Disease Profiles of Inpatients in Shenyang Taiyuan Community Health Service Center(2006-2008)

目的对沈阳太原社区卫生服务中心2006—2008年住院病种的主要疾病进行分类统计分析,探索实行社区卫生服务后社区卫生服务中心住院病人病种的变化趋势。方法严格按国际疾病分类编码原则,以出院第一诊断进行统计汇总。住院病人来源于本社区卫生服务中心的地域范围。结果3年住院病人共1298例。其中65岁以上923例,占71.1%,55岁以上210例,占16.2%;45岁以上105例,占8.1%;35岁以上60例,占4.6%。前10位疾病住院病人共计1274例,占总住院病人的98.1%。其中收治恶性肿瘤住院病人33例。男女比为1.54∶1。收治冠心病、脑梗死、2型糖尿病等慢性疾病计1155例,占88.9%。其中冠心病701例、脑梗死263例、慢性支气管炎128例、2型糖尿病63例。结论冠心病、脑梗死、慢性支气管炎、2型糖尿病等慢性疾病为本社区防病治病、全科医学研究及慢性病管理的重点。

Objective To investigate the disease profiles of inpatients in a community health service center. Methods The main disease profiles confirmed from 2006 to 2008 in Shenyang Taiyuan Community Health Service Center were classified and analyzedResults Totally 1298 patients with a male/female ratio of 1 ： 1.54 were hospitalized in this period. The age distribution was as follows： 923 patients （71.1%） were older than 65 years, 210 patients （16. 18% ） aged 55 - 65 years, 105 patients （8.09%） aged 45 - 55 years, 60 patients （4. 62% ） aged 35 - 45 years. In total 1274 patients （98.14%） were hospitals due to the top 10 diseases, including 33 cases of malignant tumors. Totally 1155 patients （88.98%） had chronic diseases such as coronary heart disease （CHD） （n =701 ）, cerebral infarction （n =263）, chronic bronchitis （n = 128）, and type 2 diabetes （n = 63） . Conclusion Chronic diseases including coronary heart disease, cerebral infarction, chronic bronchitis, and type 2 diabetes chronic illnesses should be carefully screened and managed in community health service center.
