经外周中心静脉置管护理门诊需求的调查分析

Service Demand on Care of Peripherally Inserted Central Catheter in Outpatient Department

目的探讨医院设立经外周中心静脉置管(PICC)护理门诊的必要性。方法对我市两家三级医院160例已留置或曾经留置PICC的患者或其家属进行PICC护理门诊需求调查,并对调查结果进行分析。结果患者及家属对PICC的正面评价率(661例次,82.6%)与负面评价率(470例次,58.8%)间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);有82.5%的患者及家属认为医院有必要设立PICC护理门诊,但不同文化程度患者及家属对PICC护理门诊服务内容的需求率间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论设立P1CC护理门诊可满足出院患者对延续PICC护理服务的需求,提高患者的生存质量。

Objective To study the necessity of establishing a peripherally inserted central catheter （PICC） care system in the outpatient department. Methods A survey concerning the demands on PICC care in the outpatient department was conducted among patients who underwent PICC in two tertiary hospitals and their family. The results were collected and analyzed. Results Patients and their families had significantly higher positive - assessment rate （ 661 ease - times; 82. 6% ） than negative -assessment rate （470 case -times; 58. 8% ） concerning the potential establishment of PICC care system in the outpatient department （P 〈0. 05） . Patients with different educational backgrounds had significantly different service demands on PICC care （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion It is necessary to establish PICC care system in the outpatient department to provide sustainable serv- ice to patients who have been discharged and improve their quality of life.
