大学生校外租住安全因素及管理对策探析

校外租住大学生的安全管理存在盲点。文章根据教育部的有关规定,以安全管理为视角,对大学生校外住宿的现状及原因、存在的不安全因素进行分析,并从严把租住手续、落实安全责任、加强安全教育、构建群防群治安全网络等方面提出相应的安全管理措施。

Although the Ministry of Education and all the universities have relevant regulations on off-campus residence, there are still a group of students who rent off-campus residence and the number is on the rise. Naturally, the safety management for those students is highlighted as the main problems. Depending on the situation of the college students＇ off-campus residence, the author will analyze the reason and situation of the off-campus residence as well as the unsafe factors in the view of safety management. Then, the authors will put forward the measures of safety management from the aspects such as strictly checking the renting procedure, implementing safety responsibilities, strengthening safety education, completing a safety network of prevention and control by the masses.
