摘要
自从保险营销机制被引进中国,对中国保险行业的发展起到重要的推动作用。但是由于经济环境的不断变化以及营销员数量的不断增多,原有的保险营销员管理机制越来越跟不上行业发展的需要。主要介绍当前形势下,保险营销员的管理缺失现象,并从行业和社会发展角度分析加强营销员管理的必要性。
Since the insurance distribution system has been introduced into China ,it has played an important role in local Insurance industry’s promoting. Because of the economic environment is always changing and the number of the insurance agent is increasing, the original management mechanism of the insurance agent is becoming behind the need of the industry’s development. This paper introduces the situation of the management deficiencies of insurance agent, and at the point of both industry and social development to analyze the necessary of strengthening the management of insurance agent.
