摘要
阐述了独立学院工商管理专业人才培养模式的现状,从培养对象和社会需求两方面入手分析了独立学院工商管理专业人才培养模式创新的必要性,在此基础上,提出了独立学院工商管理专业人才培养模式的创新途径,对独立学院培养应用型人才具有一定的借鉴意义。
the paper mainly describes the present situation about personnel training mode of business administration major in independent college, analyzes the necessity of innovating personnel training mode from training objects and social requirement, puts forward innovative approach of personnel training mode,which have certain reference meanings to train applied talents for independent college.
