摘要
自"二战"以来,国际产业转移日益成为每一个国家关注的问题。作为世界上最大的发展中国家和最具经济活力的地区,中国成为国际产业转移的重要区域,也给中国的环境问题带来了严峻的挑战。在紧紧抓住国际产业转移的历史契机的同时,更要促进环境的可持续发展。
Since the＂World War II＂, is focus in the world. As the world＇s largest developing country and the most dynamic economy area,China has become an important region of international industrial transfer. It bring severly challenge to environment in our country. We ought to grasp the historic opportunity and adopt countermeasures to put environmental sustainalbe development at the same time.
