摘要
用有机溶剂萃取烟草中的游离态烟碱,考查溶剂、萃取方式、料液比、提取时间、提取温度和振荡速度等对游离烟碱得率的影响。结果表明,料液比为1:30时,三氯甲烷为萃取溶剂,在40℃条件下提取30 min,摇床转速为200 r/min时,提取效果最好。
The free nicotine in tobacco was extracted by organic solvent,and the effects of solvent,extraction method,solid-liquid ratio,extraction time,extraction temperature and shake speed on yield rate of free nicotine were studied.The results showed that the extraction effect was the best when solid-liquid ratio of 1：30 with chloroform as extraction solvent,extraction time of 30 min with extraction temperature of 40℃and rotation speed of 200 r/min.
