摘要
共轭亚油酸(CLA)是一类具有多种生物学功能的同分异构体的总称。采用细胞计数、油红O染色提取法确定CLA对大鼠前体脂肪细胞增殖与分化的影响。结果表明,在前体脂肪细胞期,各浓度组CLA均抑制前体脂肪细胞的增殖,其作用呈时间与剂量依赖的方式;在成熟脂肪细胞期,CLA可明显降低细胞内脂肪含量,CLA对脂肪细胞生脂的抑制作用亦呈剂量依赖的方式。由此说明,CLA可通过减少脂肪细胞数目及降低细胞内脂类含量来抑制脂肪细胞生脂。
Conjugated linoleic acids(CLAs) are a classical of the positional and geometric isomers of linoleic acid with multi-bio-functions. The effects of CLA on proliferation and differentiation in primary cultured rat preadipocytes were explored by counting cells number and detecting OD value after staining by oil red O.The results showed that CLA inhibited proliferation of preadipocytes in a time and dose-dependent manner,and the concentration of 0.15 mmol/L was the most efficient;CLA also decreased the lipid content of mature fat cells in a dose-dependent manner.These results suggest that CLA can inhibit lipogenesis through reducing the cell number and deceasing the lipid content in adipocytes.
