摘要
[目的]研究人工养殖蚯蚓的采收技术。[方法]以采自南京蚯蚓养殖基地的蚯蚓"大平2号"为试材,通过养殖试验研究利用水花生水提液采收赤子爱胜蚓的效果。[结果]水花生粗提物浓度为2:1、3:1、4:1和8:1时,1 h内试验蚯蚓的平均采收率分别为91.65%、83.30%、58.35%和16.65%,而清水对照蚯蚓的平均采收率为0。方差分析表明,水花生粗提物浓度对蚯蚓的1 h内采收率影响极显著。多重比较表明,水花生粗提物浓度为(2~3):1时,蚯蚓的1h内采收率最高。随着水花生粗提物浓度的下降,蚯蚓的1h内采收率逐渐降低,清水对照的采收率最低。当水花生粗提物浓度为2:1时,如果蚯蚓不能在1h内爬出,则会死在培养料里。[结论]利用该法采收赤子爱胜蚓简便、省力。
[Objective]The purpose was to study the harvesting technique of manually cultured earthworm.[Method]With earthworms Daping2 collected from the earthworm culture base of Nanjing as tested materials,the effect of harvesting Eisenia fetida by using water extract liquid from Alternanthera philoxeroides Griseb was studied through culture experiment.[Result]When the concn.of crude extract from A.philoxeroides were 2:1,3:1,4:1 and 8:1,the average harvested rates of tested earthworms in 1 h were 91.65%,83.30%,58.35%and 16.65%resp.and that of the control clear water was 0.The variance analysis indicated that the concn.of crude extract from A.philoxeroides had extremely significant influence on the harvested rate of earthworms in 1 h.The multiple comparison indicated that the harvested rate of earthworms in 1 h was highest when the concn.of crude extract from A.philoxeroides was(2-3):1.As the concn.of crude extract from A.philoxeroides was decreased,the harvested rate of earthworms in 1 h was decreased gradually and that of the control clear water was lowest. When the concn.of crude extract from A.philoxeroides was 2:1,if the earthworms could not wormed out in 1 h,they would die in the culture material.[Conclusion]It was convenient and laborsaving to harvest E.fetida by this method.
