摘要
综合运用改进的层次分析法、成功度评价法和模糊综合评判法,对张掖地区农业节水项目进行社会效果综合后评价,使评价结论更为客观和科学。评价结果表明,项目通过综合运用工程性和非工程性节水措施,对张掖地区的社会发展产生了很好的影响。
The social effect comprehensive post-evaluation was made on agricultural water-saving project in Zhangye Prefecture by comprehensive utilization of improved AHP,success assessment and fuzzy comprehensive assessment.The evaluation results showed that the project had a good effect on the social development in Zhangye Prefecture by comprehensive utilization of engineering and non-engineering water-saving measures.
