摘要
研究了鄱阳湖三江口柱状沉积物中各形态氮的垂直剖面分布规律。结果表明,柱状沉积物中TN随深度变化范围为480.0~1900.0μg/g,其含量随深度变化表现为3种分布类型:随深度逐渐减小型、随深度逐渐增加型和两端含量低中间高型。NH_4^+-N含量变化范围为8.7~37.1μg/g,NH_4^+-N在沉积物中的含量随深度增加呈总体增加趋势;NO_3^--N含量较低,其变化范围为0~15μg/g,随深度变化其含量变化不明显。其中,NH_4^+-N与TOM呈极显著正相关关系,NH_4^+-N与NO_3^--N以及TN与TOM呈显著正相关关系。
The vertical distribution characteristics of nitrogen in core sediments of Three Rivers Estuary in Poyang Lake were studied.The results showed that the content of TN ranged from 480.0 to 1 900.0μg/g.There were three vertical distribution characteristics of TN in the four core sediments,which are the content of TN decreases gradually with the increase of depth,the content of total nitrogen increases gradually with the increase of depth or higher in the middle than in two ends.The content of NH_4~+-N ranged from 8.7 to 37.1μg/g,and increases with the increase of depth.The content of NO_3^--N was relatively low,ranging from 0 to 15μg/g,and there are no obviously distribution characteristics with the increase of depth.The content of NH_4~+-N has very significant positive correlation with the content of TOM.The content of NH_4~+-N has significant positive correlation with the content of NO_3^--N and the content of TN has significant positive correlation with the content of TOM too.
