摘要
[目的]研究温度、氮气流量和氧气浓度3个因素对不同类型烟草热裂解形成羰基化合物的影响。[方法]采用正交试验,研究羰基化合物形成的主要影响因素。[结果]温度是烤烟、香料烟和白肋烟裂解产生挥发性羰基化合物的明显影响因素;3个因素对烤烟和香料烟裂解产生挥发性羰基化合物的影响规律类似,而对白肋烟的影响规律存在明显差异。[结论]了解不同类型烟草羰基化合物形成的主要影响因素,对于卷烟辅助材料设计有着指导意义。
[Objective]The research aimed to study the effects of temperature,nitrogen flow and oxygen concentration on the different types of tobacco pyrolysis to generate carbonyl compounds.[Method]The significant factor for carbonyl compounds formation was investigated by orthogonal experiments.[Result]Temperature was the significant factor of flue-cured tobacco,oriential tobacco and burley tobacco pyrolysis to form volatile carbonyl compounds.Three factors had similar impact on flue-cured tobacco and oriential tobacco pyrolysis,while the impact on burley was significantly different.[Conclusion]The main factors influencing generation of carbonyl compounds were clarified,which had a positive significance for the design of cigarettes.
