小麦-杂粕型氨基酸平衡日粮对生长猪生长性能和经济效益的影响 被引量:1

摘要 [目的]研究小麦-杂粕型氨基酸平衡日粮对生长猪生产性能的影响,以验证氨基酸平衡技术在以小麦为主的饲粮中的使用效果,提高小麦-杂粕饲粮中的蛋白质在猪生产中的利用效率。[方法]采用小麦-杂粕为基础饲粮,利用氨基酸平衡技术,以40头生长猪为试验对象进行40 d饲喂对比试验。[结果]随着3种主要必要氨基酸即Lys、Thr和Met+Cys平衡性的增强,生长猪的生产性能得到明显改善,尤其当Lys、Thr和Met+Cys、Try均衡含量达到0.950%、0.640%、0.610%和0.183%(比例为100:67:63:18)时,生长猪平均日增重比对照组提高15.64%(P<0.05),饲料转化率比对照组降低16.18%(P<0.05),收益比对照组高出36.00%。[结论]小麦-杂粕型氨基酸平衡日粮对于提高生长猪生产性能具有明显的效果,这对于蛋白质饲料资源相对匮乏的小麦-杂粕养猪模式具有十分重要的启示意义。 [Objective]The research aimed to study the effects of wheat-miscellaneous meal diets with amino acids balance on production performances in growing pigs,to verify the virtue about amino acid balance technology in wheat-based diets,raising efficiency of protein in wheat-miscellaneous meal diets in pig production.[Method]The wheat-miscellaneous meal was used to make amino acids balance diets by adding synthetic amino acids,the amino acids balance diets were fed on growing pigs for 40-day.[Result]The results showed that the production performances were significant improvement as the increase of equilibrium quantity of the main essential amino acids such as Lysine,Thrreonine, Methionine+Cystine.Especially,when the equilibrium quantity of the main essential amino acids such as Lysine,Thrreonine,Methionine +Cystine and Tryptophan reached 0.950%,0.640%,0.610%and 0.183%(the ratio as 100:67:63:18),the average daily grain (ADG) enhanced 15.64%(P0.05) and the feed conversion rate(FCR) reduced 16.18%(P0.05) than control group,meanwhile the income increased 36.00%than control group.[Conclusion]The wheat-miscellaneous meal diets with amino acids balance have significant effects on improving production performances of growing pigs,which is of great significant to pig raising pattern of feeding wheat-miscellaneous meal diets.
