摘要
[目的]为完善假臭草化感作用的机理提供理论依据。[方法]采用不同浓度[0(CK)、0.005、0.010、0.030、0.050g/ml]假臭草茎叶水浸液处理白菜和萝卜幼苗,研究不同处理受体植物超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)活性及丙二醛(MDA)含量的变化。[结果]水浸液对2种受体植物均具有低浓度促进高浓度抑制的双重效应,且白菜对水浸液的敏感程度大于萝卜;随水浸液处理浓度的增大,萝卜幼苗SOD、POD活性及MDA含量均呈先降低后升高趋势,白菜幼苗POD活性先降低后升高,MDA含量不断增大,白菜幼苗SOD活性在水浸液0~0.030g/ml浓度范围内呈先降低后升高趋势。[结论]假臭草对受体植物具有很强的化感作用。
[Objective]The aim was to provided the theoretical basis for perfecting the allelopathy mechanism of Eupatorium catarium Veldkamp.[Method]The seedlings of cabbage and radish were treated by infusion of E.catarium with different concn.[0(CK),0.005,0.010,0.030,0.050 g/ml],and the changes of activities of SOD and POD and MDA content in receptor plants in different treatments were studied.[Result]The infusion of E.catarium had double effects(promotion with low concn.and inhibition with high concn.) on 2 kinds of receptor plant,and the sensitive degree of cabbage on it was bigger than that of radish.With the increase of treatment concn.of the infusion,the activities of SOD and POD and MDA content in radish seedlings were decreased at first and then increased.The POD activity in cabbage seedlings decreased at first and then increased,and their MDA content increased constantly.The SOD activity in cabbage seedlings increased at first and then decreased when treatment concn.of infusion was 0-0.030 g/ml.[Conclusion]E.catarium had strong allelopathy on receptor plants.
