黄绿木霉及其混剂对番茄植株·土壤环境的影响 被引量:5

摘要 [目的]研究黄绿木霉及其混剂施用后对番茄植株生理性状、果实品质、土壤微生物区系与土壤养分含量的影响。[方法]采用盆栽试验,混合接菌,测定各种相关指标。[结果]植株叶绿素、可溶性糖含量增加,过氧化物酶活性增强;果实中可溶性糖与Vc含量增加;土壤中有益细菌量增加,土壤中有机质、速效磷、碱解氮含量增加。[结论]施用黄绿木霉菌混剂对植株、土壤影响明显。黄绿木霉菌及其混剂的应用对提高番茄质量、改善土壤环境具有很好的作用。 [Objective]The effects of Trichoderma aureoviride and its agents on tomato plant physiological character,fruit quality,soil microflora and soil nutriments were studied.[Method]The potted trails were used,the mixed agents were inoculated and the related subjects were detected.[Result]The contents of plant chlorophyll and soluble sugar were increased.The catalase activity was improved by applying the agents.The contents of soluble sugar and vitamin C in tomato fruit were increased.The number of beneficial bacteria was increased.The contents of soil organic matter,rapidly available phosphorus and alkali nitrogen were all increased.[Conclusion]The effect on plant and soil was obvious.Applying Trichoderma aureoviride and its agents were benefit to improve the tomato quality and soil environment.
