摘要
[目的]为兴山县烟叶品质的正确、客观评价提供理论依据。[方法]以2004~2006年湖北省兴山县烟叶生产示范点的K326与津巴布韦烟叶为材料,对其外观质量、物理性状、常规化学成分和感官质量等进行比较。[结果]K326的成熟度接近津巴布韦烟叶,油分与色度愈来愈接近津巴布韦烟叶,填充值高于津巴布韦烟叶。K326烟碱含量基本在适宜范围内,且3年来呈下降趋势;总氮、还原糖和钾含量接近津巴布韦烟叶;香气质和香气量与津巴布韦烟叶的差距逐渐缩小;杂气和刺激性与津巴布韦烟叶接近。[结论]湖北省兴山县烟叶质量逐年提高,部分指标接近或达到了进口烟叶的要求。
[Objective]The aim was to provide the theoretical basis for the correct and objective evaluation on the quality of Xingshan tobacco.[Method]With K326 from Xingshan tobacco exemplary base that produced in 2004-2006 and tobacco from Zimbabwe as the materials,their appearance quality,physical properties,routine chemical components and sensory quality were compared.[Result]The maturity of K326 was close to that of tobacco from Zimbabwe,and its oil and chroma were close to those of tobacco from Zimbabwe increasingly,its filling value was higher than that of tobacco from Zimbabwe.The nicotine content of K326 was in the suitable range and it showed decreasing trend in 3 years.The contents of total nitrogen,reducing sugar and K in K326 were close to those of tobacco from Zimbabwe.The differencees of quality and volume of aroma of K326 with those of tobacco from Zimbabwe were decreased gradually.The offensive and irritancy of K326 was close to those of tobacco from Zimbabwe.[Conclusion]The quality of tobacco from Xingshan of Hubei was increased yearly,and some indexes of it was close to or met the need of requirement on exported tobacco.
