免疫乳及血液中抗痢疾志贺氏菌抗体消长规律的研究

Study on the Dynamic Changes of Antibodies of Shigella dysenteriae in Immune Milk and Blood

[目的]为抗痢疾志贺氏菌抗体免疫乳的研制和开发提供理论依据。[方法]以痢疾志贺氏菌为免疫原对妊娠后期的奶牛进行强化免疫,定期检测奶牛血和乳中的特异性抗体水平,以研究抗体消长规律。[结果]首次免疫后60d内,试验和对照血中的抗体效价均急剧上升且试验组的上升幅度明显大于对照组。分娩当天,试验血和乳中的抗体效价分别为12.2和10.4,对照血和乳中的分别为6.4和4.6;分娩后3d内,试验乳中的抗体效价比对照乳高6个滴度左右。分娩后第7天,试验血和乳中的抗体效价分别为10.8和9.2,对照血和乳中的分别为4.2和2.6。在常乳期间,试验血和乳中的抗体效价均缓慢下降。分娩后大约84d,试验血和乳中的抗体效价分别降至5.6和3.6。[结论]该研究为免疫乳的开发和生产奠定了理论基础。

[Objective]The aim of the study was to supply theoretical foundation for the preparation and development of immune milk with antibodies of Shigella dysenteriae.[Method]The cows in late pregnancy were treated by intensive immunization with S.dysenteriae as immunogen and the levels of specific antibodies in their blood and milk were determined periodically to study the dynamic changes of the antibodies.[Result]In 60 d since first immunization,both the antibody titers in tested and control blood were increased sharply and the increasing range of tested group was obviously larger that of control group.On the delivery day,the antibody titers in tested blood and milk were 12.2 and 10.4 resp.and that in control blood and milk were 6.4 and 4.6 resp.In 3 d since delivery,the antibody titers in tested milk were higher than that in control milk by about 6 titers.On the 7th day since delivery,the antibody titers in tested blood and milk were 10.8 and 9.2 resp.and that in control blood and milk were 4.2 and 2.6 resp.In the period of normal milk secretion,both the antibody titers in tested blood and milk were decreased slowly and to 5.6 and 3.6 resp.on the 84th day since delivery.[Conclusion]This study laid a theoretical basis for the development and production of immune milk.
