摘要
[目的]筛选提取大豆豆渣中异黄酮的最佳工艺。[方法]采用单因素和正交试验法,考察乙醇浓度、超声提取温度、提取时间和料液比等4个因素对大豆豆渣中异黄酮的提取效果,并以芦丁为标准品,利用紫外分光光度法测定提取液中总异黄酮的含量。[结果]最佳提取工艺为:乙醇浓度50%,超声提取温度70℃,提取时间40min,料液比1:20。[结论]该研究为将豆渣变废为宝,在保健食品和医药工业中综合开发和利用提供了试验依据。
[Objective]The research aimed to screen out the optimum extraction technology of isoflavone in soybean residues.[Method]The single-factor experiment and orthogonal design test were used to study the influences of the ethanol concentration,ultrasonic extraction temperature,extraction time and the sample-solvent ratio material on the extraction of isoflavone from soybean residues.The content of total isoflavone in extraction liquid was determined by uv-vis with the rutin as standard.[Result]The best extraction technology was as follows:the ethanol concentration of 50%,ultrasonic extraction temperature of 70 ℃,extraction time of 40 min,and the sample-solvent ratio of 1:20.[Conclusion]This study will provide experimental evidence for the comprehensive development and utilization of soybean residues in the health food and pharmaceutical industries.
