柔枝松种子活力研究

Study on Seed Vigor of Pinus flexilis James

[目的]为柔枝松引种工作提供理论依据。[方法]对引进的5个柔枝松不同种源的种子进行老化试验。[结果]经过老化处理的种子发芽率降低,种源Rg和Rsi仅降低了2.66%和4.00%,种源Rs和Rsd下降值分别达到25.33%和25.34%,5个种源老化种子种源差异在0.05水平显著;经过老化处理的种源Rs、Rg、Rsd和Rl的活力指数明显下降,柔枝松种源Rs的活力指数下降最大,下降了208.57,种源Rsi下降幅度最小,仅为7.24,种源之间差异不明显。[结论]种子活力指数的变化受处理时间和种子遗传特性的影响。

[Objective]The research aimed to provide the basis for the introduction of Pinus flexilis James.[Method]Aging experiment was done to study the seed vigor among five provenances of Pinus flexilis James.[Result]Germination rate with aging treatment decreased.The germination rates of Rg and Rsi decreased by 2.66% and 4%,respectively,and those of Rs and Rsd decreased by 25.33% and 25.34% respectively.The statistic analysis showed significant difference in germination rate among different provenances.Provenances of Rs,Rg and Rl with aging treatment showed that vigor index significantly decreased,among which the vigor index of Rs was up to 208.57 and that of Rsi was up to 7.24.The statistic analysis showed no difference in vigor index among five provenances.[Conclusion]Seed vigor was affected by the treatment time and heredity characteristics.
