摘要
为探讨如何提升组织的信息技术(IT)吸纳能力,必须明确其演化机理及过程。首先构建出IT吸纳能力的演化机理模型,指出IT吸纳能力的形成和发展是在战略匹配-实现、实践学习循环与惯例学习、能力学习循环的交互作用下进行的。进而提出IT吸纳能力演化过程模型,指出IT吸纳能力的演化是在IT文化的引导下围绕生成变异、内部选择、保留三个阶段的循环进行,它实际上是组织学习的过程。
To explore how to promote organizational absorptive capacity of information technology (IT), it is necessary to understand its evolution mechanism and process. First a model of the evolution mechanism of IT absorptive capacity was proposed, and it indicated that IT absorptive capacity evolves with the interaction of strategy alignment - realization, practice learning loops, routine learning, and capability learning loops. Then a process model of IT absorptive capacity evolution was developed, which indicated IT absorptive capacity evolution follows the recursive cycle of generative variation, internal selection and retention under the steering of organizational culture. In fact, it is an organizational learning process.
