摘要
通过对地方政府"十一五"规划的内容分析,结合各地GDP发展水平,得出对信息服务业各产业领域所处的经济环境的量化描述,基于此,计算各地区信息服务业政策发展阶段系数,通过比较各地区该系数与经济发展水平的关系,划分出当前地方政府发展信息服务业的4种策略。
Based on content analysis of 11th Five-year Development Program of regional government in China, this paper launches an qualitative analysis on the Economic Environment of each fields in information services industry using GDP as an index. Then the developmental stage index of information services industry in regions of China is calculated. Through a comparison of every region＇ s index and their GDPs, the paper also analyzes regional government＇ s four different strategies of developing information services industry.
