摘要
团队背景下企业隐性知识的学习主要表现为项目个人、团队学习的成果通过各种形式向企业转移。影响个人、团队向企业进行知识转移的因素包括领导的支持、组织的机构特质和知识吸收能力、知识的阐释传播与运用、组织中的知识黄页、团队间知识转移的制约因素等。
Tacit knowledge learning under the team context mainly takes the form of knowledge transfer from individual and team's learning outcomes to corporation. Factors influencing knowledge transfer include leader' s support, characteristics and knowledge absorption ability of organization, knowledge illustration and exertion, yellow pages of knowledge and restrictions to knowledge transfer between teams, etc.
