系列零件三维模型共享系统研究与应用

Sharing services of series parts three-dimensional model

分析了传统采用参数化驱动三维模型为用户提供系列零件库与网络化共享的方法,提出了在ASP(Application Service Provider)企业门户网上、通过中间数据文件实现系列零件三维模型参数化驱动和共享的解决方案,根据此方案开发了SolidWorks系列零件三维模型参数化驱动系统。最后以夹具标准件某型号V型块为例,验证了方案的正确性。实际应用表明,该方案具有较好的灵活性,能够很好的满足不同客户的要求。

Traditional methods of series parts three-dimensional model parameterization design to providing sharing services were analyzed, a solution, which is based on ASP （Application Service Provider） of enterprise portal sites of model and Intermediate Data Files （IDF） to fulfill series parts three-dimensional model＇s Parameterization driving is proposed. According to this solution, system of series parts three-dimensional model＇s parameters of driving is developed. Finally, the validity of this method was demonstrated via a case of V-shape block. The application result shows that this solution has a good flexibility and the system can meet different of requirement of customer.
