摘要
乒乓球质量很轻,灵活易动。乒乓球自动发球器试验投入资源多,设计研究困难。为了实现乒乓球自动发球器的运动试验与校核,在ADAMS中建立了乒乓球自动发球器的虚拟样机模型,并对模型各部件添加了约束和驱动,进行了发球机构和乒乓球的运动仿真。结果显示该发球装置很大程度上满足了我们设计的要求。
Ping-pong ball is very light and moveable. The experiment and research of ping-pong dispenser needs more investment and is a little difficult. In order to achieve the testing and verification of ping-pong dispneser, based on ADAMS this research sets up the prototype model of ping-pong automatic dispenser, adds constraints and driver. A dynamic simulation of dispenser and the balls are analyzed. The result shows that the dispenser to a large extent meet our desin requirements.
