摘要
为提高秸秆压块的生产率,设计了一种旋转式秸秆压实机,并介绍了其工作原理。这种压实机的特点是预压、压实和推出三个阶段同时进行,大大缩短了秸秆成型周期。在三个阶段中,用时最长的那个阶段决定了秸秆压块成型周期,所以建立了生产一定质量的秸秆压块所用的时间最小优化的数学模型。最后,针对仿真实例进行目标优化,得到一种功率分配优化方案。
In order to enhance productivity of agro-stalks compactor, a revolving compactor is designed and the principle of the compactor is introduced. The bigist character of the machine is that the pre-press, the press and the extrusion can work at the same time, which can save a lot of time. During these three stages, the longest one determines the cycle, so mathematical model of time minimal optimization is made when a certain quality briquette of Agro-stalks is produced. Lastly, the optimization of system is aimed at the minimal machine' s and productivity allocation is best by giving an example.
