摘要 在精密机械加工和仪表制造业中经常会遇到一些小深孔的精密镗削加工,目前大部分企业仍然采用整体全高速钢镗刀来进行加工,这种镗刀存在刀具刃磨时间长、寿命短、刀杆易断、加工精度达不到要求等一系列问题。根据实际生产需要,运用刀杆开槽、螺母弹夹、圆销定位等原理设计出弹夹式微型机夹硬质合金精镗刀,很好的解决了小深孔零件的精密镗削加工。 During exact machining and meter manufacturing, we usually machining some small deep holes by fine boring. Those holes are machininged by whole steely boring cutter in most of corporations. This boring cutter has some problems, such as long time attrition, short lifetime, easily broken boring rod and poor machining accuracy. According the practical machining requirement, we designed a new cartridge clip cemented carbide boring cutter based on boring rod slice slot, nut cartridge clip and circular pin orientation. This new boring cutter improved the clip way of regular boring cutter, it's a better choice for fine boring machining small deep hole accessories.
